Technology for building wooden houses
The technology that we have chosen for the construction of our houses is innovative – the diffuse open system of our external walls. This is the future in the construction of low-energy houses and passive buildings.
With the help of this technology, the walls have the ability to absorb and release moisture, thus regulating the humidity of the air in the house.
The diffuse open system does not allow water vapours to condense inside the wall, regardless of whether the house is heated in winter or cooled in summer. Thus, the load-bearing structure is protected from damage.
Ecopanels are the basis of this technology and with them we avoid the use of any vapour barrier membranes, styrofoam and other materials harmful to humans, solving the three main problems of a building:

- 2 layers of ecopanel E60 including the wooden structure filled with acoustic insulation.
- Fire resistance REI 45.
